What started years ago as Fuego Mundo has grown into something new, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. FUEGO is our next chapter: a fresh space, a new menu, and the same heart that’s always been at the center of what we do.

We’ve stepped away from our Latin roots to focus on what we truly love—great food made with care. Think artisanal burgers, craveable sandwiches, fresh, colorful salads, and chef-driven comfort dishes that celebrate bold flavor and quality ingredients. Every sauce, every side, every bite is made fresh in-house, under the direction of Chef Mark Richards.
